Overview The Building & Grounds Technician performs preventative and routine maintenance and repair of building and grounds equipment, to ensure usability, longevity and safety. Supports the business and its support units within Grinnell Mutual through a variety of skilled, cost-effective and convenient services that keep employees productive, safe and comfortable in their work environment. Responsibilities Performs preventative maintenance and repair of building and grounds equipment on a routine and non-routine basis to increase equipment longevity.
