Concord Group is looking for a Facilities & Operations Manager that will report directly to our Assistant Vice President of Real Estate. In this role, responsibilities would include managing direct personnel reports within the mailroom, courier, and maintenance areas, as well as the overall functionality of the department. Work is performed independently. Responsibilities Mail Room Oversee the administration needs of the mail center. Record keeping of mailroom costs and activities, overseeing the processing of incoming and outgoing mail. Manage logistics, assisting and directing internal deliveries. Knowledge of postal regulations and liaison between the company and mail providers (UPS, Fed Ex, Etc.)
