Job Summary :  The primary function of the Account Manager role is to manage an existing personal lines book of business. The Account Manager will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company, the insured, and the Heffernan Network affiliate. Limited new business fulfillment includes securing underwriting information, marketing accounts to key carriers, and consulting with the prospect insured to secure the bound policy. Daily servicing of clients will include addressing coverage issues, and handling all inside service work associated with client accounts. With direction from an Account Manager and/or Producer, these administrative functions include working with insurance carriers to process endorsements, retrieve policy coverage information, and other related servicing requests.
