JOB DUTIES: Manage a small team of BDMs to develop GI Business with Life-Source Channel and Local Broker Channel Ensure that channel sales discipline and practices are implemented so as to improve agent’s productivity and efficiency Drive sales and marketing activities to increase submission activities and sales penetration Analyze agents’/brokers portfolios and identify cross-sell and up-sell business opportunities. Improve sales penetration through such marketing initiatives Maintain strong relationships and rapport with agents through frequent interaction Help agents to assess personal competencies, values, goals and plan development and career actions.
