•Determination of coverage, quantitative analysis and evaluation of legal responsibility, when necessary and within the limits of authority, providing a high level of customer service. • Work with team leaders and claims specialists to ensure effective provider management and claims litigation within a personal assignment. • Promote continuous improvement in claims handling with feedback and support through the Quality Control Review processes. • Maintain best practice procedures for general insurance claims, in accordance with what is mentioned in global best practices. • Efficiently and proactively attend to the requirements of the Governance, LOB, Regional, Global areas and control entities. • Achieve the expected technical results of LOBs in Loss Ratio and Closing Ratio.
