Job Description

This resume-enhancing opportunity is based in our Neenah office. The ideal candidate for the position will graduate in May 2022 or later with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

This is a six month internship - approximately 15 hours per week based on your class schedule and our company’s business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.



Job Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews
  • Assist with employee onboarding and first day orientation
  • Post open positions internally, and on various external websites, as well as social media
  • Conduct benchmarking studies of SECURA competitors to research and examine various HR topics.
  • Obtain feedback from new hires regarding working at SECURA and share with Human Resources department.
  • Assist in working with SECURA’s Human Resource Information Systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources team in a variety of HR projects
  • Other HR duties as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college degree program and majoring in Human Resource Management.
  • Positive upbeat attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Initiative to take on new challenges.
