Job Purpose:

This position fulfills repeatable client implementation and servicing requests across this enterprise function. This role guides internal resources, clients, vendors, and sales teams through the necessary actions steps to meet streamlined fulfillment requirements.

This role can be requested to support any department resource to assist with process management activities or project management duties such as assembly of customer intake information, templates, scheduling, documenting action items and/or decisions, and tracking progress to ensure quality reporting.

Job Description:

  • Execute repeatable customer implementation and/or service requests.
  • Set up customer intake materials and populate templates, schedule meetings, record action steps and decisions.
  • Leverage predefined implementation task lists and modify set timeframes accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients to review onboarding requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Issue and record all appropriate legal paperwork (contracts, and terms and agreements).
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation.
  • Leverage standard operating procedures and execute service activities according to service level agreements.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and monitor activities according to service level agreements.
  • Monitor progress of implementation or service request and handle any issues that arise.
  • Confirm the client’s needs are met in fulfillment of the implementation or service request.
  • Act as the single point of contact and communicate activity statuses to key stakeholders. 
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance reviews as appropriate.
  • Track all implementation and service-related activities for transparency and reporting purposes.
  • Leverage tools to monitor work effort tracking, timelines, and activity completion to monitor production performance and capacity management.
  • Maintain process documentation and tools to support implementation or service-related duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Information Technology or equivalent trade off with professional work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven work experience as an implementation or servicing coordinator or similar role.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new areas, products and/or processes.
  • 3 years’ experience in handling implementation or service requests from initial receipt to completion.
  • Knowledge and minimum of entry-level skills with client management software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Zoom, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management.
  • Strong client facing and service-related skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance controls.
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% depending on business needs.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.


Base Salary Range:

$59,600.00 - $89,400.00
