Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for Talent Management solutions and strategies that enable TruStage to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and to develop and execute on people strategy in order to help the business meet its short-and long-term objectives. The Talent Management Consultant III is responsible for leadership assessment, leadership development, succession planning, succession management, career management, performance management and team performance. The Talent Management Consultant III works as a trusted advisor to TruStage executives and HR Business Partners. The Talent Management Consultant III partners with HR and business executives to ensure that TruStage is able to develop, retain and maximize the contributions of the workforce, centering around employee and leader experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommends best practices.

  • Solve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions where change is needed.

  • Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

  • Design and recommend solutions to support experiences around employee lifecycle, including attraction, onboarding, learning, development, engagement, and retention.

  • Design and partner with HR business partners to implement consistent, enterprise-wide talent planning and review initiatives.

  • Design and partner with HR stakeholders to implement a strategy-aligned performance management process, integrated and aligned to compensation strategy.

  • Partner with others to build a robust leadership pipeline by designing and implementing solutions for talent assessment, succession, and leadership development processes.

  • Consult, recommend and facilitate leadership interventions that continue to ensure and sustain employee engagement and healthy TruStage Culture.

  • Partner with senior HR leadership, HR business partners and senior leadership by facilitating experiences that are intended to build leadership strength and change leadership capabilities.

  • Partner with HR business partners and TruStage people managers over the lifecycle of the succession management processes and ensure integration to proper development experiences.

  • Design and facilitate learning and development programs that demonstrably improve our leaders’ abilities to build high-performing teams and drive results, including leadership development programs, education sessions, cohort programming, mentoring, etc.

  • Consult on and support the design and enablement of enterprise-wide strategies, solutions, programs, and experiences that support knowledge and skill building needs of various levels within the organization

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition and business leaders to ensure seamless talent transitions (onboarding, promotions, transfers, rotations), by consultation and development support

  • Provide leadership coaching to key leaders and manage executive coaching needs and solutions.  Identify key metrics, monitor available people data, insights and analytics to determine overall effectiveness of Talent Management initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • MS/MA required in OD, HR, Business or related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience as an internal talent consultant or program manager focused on talent management initiatives – succession planning, talent review and performance management, development planning and career management.
  • History of project / program leadership experiences that demonstrate excellent planning and execution; ability to assume role as project lead and to manage entire change process; experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously within aggressive timeframes with minimal supervision.
  • A background in which strong consulting, impeccable communication and influencing skills were necessary to bring multiple stakeholders to agreement and advocacy.
  • Experience in centralized HR function with responsibility at the enterprise level

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience developing and leading critical initiatives and programs aiming at building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Experience implementing inclusive and integrated strategies that support enterprise capability building.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$98,200.00 - $147,400.00
