The Placement Coordinator, Commercial Risk assists the Advisors in the coordination of marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for their Business Segment.

Position Summary:

The Placement Coordinator, Commercial Risk assists the Advisors in the coordination of marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for their Business Segment.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develops marketing campaigns creating lists of prospects through phone calls and data mining.
  • Possesses excellent verbal communication skills demonstrated through constant contact and follow-up.
  • Conducts market research and analyzes customer rating reports and questionnaires.
  • Employs marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)Supports CRMG Advisors in organizing various projects.
  • Updates spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
  • Assists in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
  • Composes, edits and formats CRMG marketing campaigns.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Well organized with a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team of professionals and build relationships with other firm Business Segments.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook along with Adobe programs, and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Detail oriented and able to analyze marketing trends to provide the appropriate recommendations to Advisors.
  • Demonstrates firm’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with corporate culture.
