Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst with a strong digital background to join our team. Candidates are required to have a broad knowledge of marketing analytics and market research, and have several years of experience in consolidating and analyzing cross-channel marketing data to extract actionable business insights. The incumbent will report to a senior marketing manager and work closely with senior members of the Marketing department.
Position Duties and Responsibilities • Gather, analyze and report on marketing/digital marketing, KPIs to in-house stakeholders and external partners • Support marketing team by implementing appropriate tracking methods to measure digital initiatives and identify testing opportunities • Work with outside agencies and inside partners to collaborate, troubleshoot and review data tracking and reporting for consistency and accuracy • Develop reports and data visualizations for ongoing measurement for addressable media, online marketing, SEM, email, and other marketing campaigns • Proactively analyze prospect, customer, and competitor related data to extract actionable insights for marketing planning and decision-making • Communicate research and analytical findings and implications to management • May be called upon for additional duties
• Bachelor’s degree and two + years’ of industry experience required; a Master’s degree is preferred • Five + years’ experience analyzing large data sets and digital marketing analytics experience is preferred • Expert experience in enterprise digital analytics tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics • Understanding of UTM codes and web tagging • Exposure to Ensighten, or similar tag management systems, is a plus • Strong communication skills and excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills • Able to approach issues proactively and prioritize/reprioritize in a dynamic work environment • Knowledge of programming languages and analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Tableau, and MicroStrategy are preferred
