Our Marketing Department located in Lincoln, RI is looking for an Email Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of Amica's comprehensive email program under the direction of the Digital Marketing Director. The Email Marketing Manager will analyze email campaign results to enhance customer journeys and segmentation using relevant data and technology. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders and the creative team to develop email programs that influence customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Amica’s customer and prospect email programs across all lines of business.
  • Drive strategic email growth focused on onboarding, acquisition, retention and engagement.
  • Develop & maintain customer journeys across all email communications.
  • Identify key performance indicators and measure performance for business cases and campaign strategies.
  • Gain insights from data for continuous A/B testing opportunities, optimizing for engagement, cross-sell, upsells and conversions.
  • Lead team in conceptualizing, creating, and executing of new email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company’s sales and retention goals.
  • Work closely with marketing senior management to ensure email projects meet business objectives and fall within budget.
  • Evaluate current programs, vendors and emerging email technologies to provide input and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Maintain and build new relationships with email vendors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Insurance knowledge preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant email marketing experience
  • Bachelors degree is required
  • Expertise in compliance and email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, content, and design
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
