As a member of the Premium Operations team insure efficient and timely processing of all work assignments in to applicable business systems with strict adherence to all established procedures to assist in the attainment of service level goals.
Work with supervisor to identify training needs and provide ongoing training to team.
Monitor processing changes, update training materials on a weekly basis
Effectively communicate with corporate underwriting operations regarding policy processing changes that impact the team and/or workflows
Communicate all procedural and workflow changes to team as implemented.
Function as first point of contact to provide daily technical and procedural support to team members
Perform quality reviews on a daily basis per established guidelines.
Provide weekly scorecards to supervisor for review and distribution to team.
Research and resolve field inquiries, or appropriately delegate to team for resolution within 24 hours of receipt
Complete assignments and special projects within required time frame as assigned.
Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively identify, interpret and communicate quality assessment results to team members
Strong understanding of insurance terminology helpful
General understanding of PMA's underwriting process, workflows and coverage's preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Access, Word and Power Point preferred.
