Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Sales Team Lead supports new business production and provides leadership toward account executive development to achieve company goals. Develops and defines best practices for new business and evaluates sales performance to recommend strategies for performance improvements. Resolve local issues and ensure all escalated issues are closed. This position will coach. Mentor, team members with the execution of daily operations by helping to review training, individual/team mentoring and performance reviews of the department.
