What you can expect as a Recruiter:

  • Work with senior departmental managers to identify recruiting needs and quickly initiate the recruiting process.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge for open positions.
  • Responsible all applicant tracking, conducting the screening of candidates, guiding the candidate through the recruitment process, and the creating of offer letters.
  • Executes sourcing strategies to attract top talent for open positions.
  • Report pertinent recruiting metrics to hiring managers to keep them informed of the recruiting pipeline and progress for all positions.

 

What we are looking for as a Recruiter:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, insurance industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in using candidate sourcing techniques
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience creating a candidate pipeline and executing a high demand recruiting process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
