Acuity is seeking a Regional Market Director who will be accountable for the overall management, development, and objectives of a geographic region. The Regional Market Director will foster deep partnerships with key members of the executive team to maximize outcomes around profit, growth, and diversification of risk across both personal and commercial lines, while maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, needs and opportunities, current and emerging trends, as well as traditional and disruptive factors affecting the industry. The Regional Market Director will cultivate a data driven approach to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to optimize performance and customer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or extensive applicable experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-line property and casualty insurance with a background in underwriting, claims, actuarial science, distribution, or product development. Demonstrated success in leading projects from inception to delivery is a plus.

This job is classified as exempt.
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$175,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
