Our Allstate agency is growing and we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR). We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through high engagement and a commitment to outstanding customer experience. In turn, we will invest in you through development and training opportunities, including support for your P&C license (if not already licensed.)

Compensation for the CSR:

  • $35,000-$45,000 Base (pending experience) + Commission Potential

Preferred Qualifications for the CSR:

  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Insurance Producer License (P&C) (Preferred)

Responsibilities for the CSR:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
