Acuity is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Intern to supplement Service Claims from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm CST Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays are optional if additional hours are desired. In this role, you will answer incoming after hours Acuity telephone calls, enter new losses, follow escalation criteria, and page handlers when appropriate. This role provides backup for various units including Billing, Imaging, Policy Assembly, Mail Room, and Switchboard.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION:
High school diploma and one year post high school experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Prior customer service experience required.
