Job Description
Are you interested in working for a strong regional insurance company? This role is for an Underwriter focused on commercial lines accounts/business.
This person can be located in Tennessee or Kentucky.
Duties:
- Responsible for growth and profitability of an assigned territory
- New and renewal accounts
- Evaluation of accounts, decision to accept or reject
- Appropriate pricing of accounts
- Build agency relationships with limited travel, usually with a member of the marketing team
Desired Experience:
- Bachelors or comparable experience
- Industry experience, including commercial underwriting
