Job Description

We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, you could have the flexibility of work-from-home time as defined by the leadership team.

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Work Coordinator. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:

• Assists in implementing and monitoring procedures and guidelines established by management
• Coordinates work duties of the department or work unit
• Provides training when necessary
• Monitors production and work flow activity and informs management accordingly
• Provides feedback to management regarding associate’s performance and disciplinary situations
• Works with associates to develop and maintain a good working relationship with our customers and fellow associates
• Communicates effective with associates as well as customers, by both written or oral communication
• Assists with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request
• Regular and predictable attendance in meeting a defined work schedule

Desired Skills & Experience

• High school education or its equivalent is preferred 
• Experience in customer service
• Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
