Strong insurance carrier looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow their Michigan territory.
Promote insurance products through an established agency channel.
Duties:
- Build and grow agency relationships
- Develop sales/marketing strategies
- Take full ownership within the designated territory
- Exhibit understanding of all insurance products
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including underwriting
- Articulate; appetite, guidelines, value, systems and compensation programs
- Assist agencies in hitting their goals
- Tradeshow participation
Looking for:
- Bachelor's in business or risk management or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience to independent agencies in commercial P&C
