Conceptualize and create a range of digital media including motion graphics animation, video production, social media content, and graphics for web. Articulate the company’s brand voice in innovative ways across all digital marketing channels.

  • Conceptualize ideas and direction for digital content and pitch concepts to stakeholders frequently.
  • Create long and short-form motion graphics animations and special effects using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
  • Assist with shooting and editing live-action videos for a variety of marketing communication needs.
  • Create static graphics for social media, email marketing campaigns, and corporate websites.
  • Actively contribute to all areas of Brotherhood Mutual’s digital media strategy. This includes helping to develop and maintain a visual direction for the brand's digital media; planning, storyboarding, planning production timelines, and ensuring consistency in the final product.
  • Build connections with and manage projects with third-party ad agencies, production companies, and freelancers as needed.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in the use of intellectual property in the course of developing content. Follow established guidelines for the use of Brotherhood Mutual’s trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, and effectively communicates those guidelines to agents, employees, and vendors.
  • Assist in Brotherhood Mutual’s digital media distribution through all channels.
  • Develop processes and procedures designed to ensure that high production values are not compromised.
  • Complete other projects as assigned.

  • Demonstrate proficient skills in motion graphic design, video production, post-production, and effective media distribution strategy.
  • Possess a curious, creative mind, and strong ability to conceptualize new ideas; be able to pitch those ideas frequently and clearly.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in areas of digital media planning, production, and distribution, including coordinating a video shoot, creating storyboards, operating video cameras, lighting, and audio setups, and using various video platforms.
  • Possess knowledge of best practices for creating effective digital content for each marketing channel.
  • Must be proficient in software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and have the ability and drive to learn new software and technologies as needed.
  • Must be highly organized, flexible, resilient, and able to meet deadlines as prescribed while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must possess strong collaboration skills and interpersonal skills.



  • Bachelor's degree in any major relevant to motion graphics, animation, video production, marketing, or graphic design.
  • Three years’ experience creating digital media content and post-production required.
  • Advanced video and 3D motion graphic design experience is desired.
  • Experience in social media marketing and graphic design is desired.
  • Five or more years’ experience working in a marketing communications department, agency, or non-profit organization in a digital media designer role is desired.
