Position Overview: Our Infrastructure team is growing and looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager. Reporting to our Head of Infrastructure, in this role you will be responsible for various aspects of Global Information Infrastructure across one or two Divisions, including strategy, architecture, policies, products, projects and initiatives (roadmap). You will advise senior management in the development, implementation and maintenance of a company-wide information infrastructure, and ensure appropriate control objectives for system integrity, availability and reliability, confidentiality, accountability and assurance.
This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and the individual can sit anywhere in the US.
Serves as a single point of contact for divisional planning and project implementations (excludes tickets and work order issues).
Assists in the development of the Division cloud migration requirements and plans. This will include application migration in addition to infrastructure planning
Implements initiatives from the Infrastructure Strategy provided by both the Divisions and Product/Project Committee and Leadership
Ensures that all Divisional monitoring systems and processes are functional and effective.
Ensures infrastructure demands and requests are addressed as a business issue across the organization, provides overall coordination and management of all infrastructure activities within the company and in conjunction with their direct manager, the VP of Global IT Operations and relevant CIO.
Develops and maintains relationships with business partner organizations to understand their business requirements and offer infrastructure solutions.
Ensures all Infrastructure groups participate in the software development efforts to verify that developers are trained and following secure coding practices with the Infrastructure teams.
Assists with the Divisional Incident Response Plan, test the effectiveness of the program and coordinate incident response across the groups.
Coordinates and communicates on major outages.
Other essential duties include directing all Infrastructure audits and tasks to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information to end users is not compromised, establishing IT policies and procedures for the internal audit function, proposing changes to existing policies and procedures to ensure operating efficiency and regulatory compliance, and overseeing the selection, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's infrastructure technology
8 + years' experience in cloud/infrastructure with at least 4 years in a people/project/product management role.
Experienced Infrastructure leader who has successfully built IT programs in fast-paced organizations.
Strong technical background and knowledge of cloud frameworks
Excellent leadership skills including the ability to lead an organization through rapid change.
