Leads the design and automation of financial and statistical insurance program reporting. Develop analytical/automated dashboards and complex insurance accounting reports for management and clients that allows performance to be measured over time across all contractual portfolio performance and servicing metrics. Enhances data management capabilities through best in class integrity and validation practices, technology, and digital partnerships. Understand client needs and contractual requirements in reporting and visualizing large amounts of information in ways that are easy to interpret and act on.

Directs the transformation, improvement, validation, merging and integration of data into strategic insights over insurance product structure/retentions
Identifies patterns and draws conclusions pertinent to insurance program goals, emerging from both traditional and unconventional datasets
Conducts detailed research and quantitative analyses using client or market data to promote underwriting excellence, automated and meaningful reporting, and digital optimization to ideally institutionalize accounts within the business
Communication skills, both written and oral
Clearly articulates the business use case and goal for reports, in addition to technical requirements and sample queries
Delivering the data in a useful and appealing way for multiple audiences (from executive level to front line processing teams)
Interacts and maintains ongoing communication at the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the stakeholders, and ensures everyone on the delivery team understands key deliverables and findings
Project and time management
Understands the impact of scope changes, adjusts plans and communicates accordingly
Negotiates resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities
Undertakes regular work streams and meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified from meetings
Explores and recommends solutions to the project requirements for obstacles where there is no identified precedent
We would like you to have:
4-6 years of work experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Technical degree within Mathematics (actuarial or applied statistics) and Information preferred
Insurance consulting or insurance background
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Experience in customer empathy, including design thinking, customer journey/persona development, and hypothesis-driven test and learn

The applicable base salary range for this role is $79,650 to $169,920.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
