The Underwriting Services Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day underwriting support to the Global Services Branch to meet department, branch, and corporate goals relating to underwriting profit, renewal retention, rate, customer service and producer/client relations. This position is part of Global Services accountable for entering New Line Submissions & Renewals, the Triage of Endorsements, and miscellaneous underwriting report ordering in support of US underlyers.

The successful person in this role will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
CCI New Line & Renewal Submission Entry & Processing including
Reviews incoming submissions to determine correct service branch and coding
Performs OFAC Clearance
Indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file
Completes entry with the appropriate name clearance system and indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file
Completes MAX entries & task assignments & follows up on missing information according to business rules
Generates correspondence associated with new line submissions & renewals per Corporate Rules
CCI Endorsement Triage Processing
Monitor and manage endorsement e-mail database daily
Apply endorsement triage chart guidelines to all endorsements
Create work order with critical information for all endorsements and submit for processing or for UA review.
Branch Service Requests which includes
BORs, Flood Maps, Elias, Loss Runs, OFAC Research, ATD Inspections, MAX status management,
Loss Control Surveys, Prospect Entry/Close Outs, CUW Customer File maintenance, Mail, Supplies
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
