Commercial Lines Sales Advisor

This is a great opportunity to add to your existing Commercial Lines Experience. Our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor for their Growing Downtown Chicago, Illinois office. This person will serve as main point-of-contact handling inbound calls from prospective Commercial Insurance clients (No cold calling or prospecting) and assisting callers with obtaining proper Commercial Insurance coverage. Our client will consider all Commercial Lines candidates with Underwriting Assistant, Wholesaler or Commercial Sales Experience.

TARGET UP TO $2K MONTHLY BONUS (UP TO $25K ANNUALLY)

DUTIES OF COMMERCIAL LINES SALES ADVISOR:

• Manage consultative sales and service to new insureds through the binding process
• Manage requests to additional documentation necessary for processing applications, endorsements, certificates of insurance or cancellations
• Serve as main point-of-contact for customers and assigned agencies/brokers and maintaining effective business relationships
• Provide customer with coverage and risk management advice

REQUIREMENTS OF COMMERCIAL LINES INSURANCE SALES ADVISOR:

• 2-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Experience with an Insurance Carrier, Wholesaler, MGU, MGA or Broker
• Looking for Experience in Underwriting, Underwriting Assistant, Broker Experience or Commercial Sales
• Degree Preferred
• Prior Experience in Insurance Underwriting, Agency/Broker Marketing or Risk Management type activities
• Current Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's License Ideal, but not required
