Job Description

Job Duties:

Work with producers on commercial accounts to service current customers as well as establish relationships with new customers.  Serve as the main point of contact on non-producer size accounts.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Servicing of commercial accounts
  • Market and the renew existing accounts.
  • Assist Producer in marketing new and renewal of larger accounts
  • Monitoring and working reports: Follow ups, Expiration, Backward Expiration and Aged Receivables
  • Assisting in the formulation of Department procedures
  • Back up to other CSRs
  • Assist in training staff
  • Claims
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Property and Casualty License
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (word and excel)
  • Communication & Organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize work load
  • Detail orientated
  • Team player
  • Flexible to work on special projects
