Job Description
Job Duties:
Work with producers on commercial accounts to service current customers as well as establish relationships with new customers. Serve as the main point of contact on non-producer size accounts.
Essential Duties and Functions:
-
Servicing of commercial accounts
-
Market and the renew existing accounts.
-
Assist Producer in marketing new and renewal of larger accounts
-
Monitoring and working reports: Follow ups, Expiration, Backward Expiration and Aged Receivables
-
Assisting in the formulation of Department procedures
-
Back up to other CSRs
-
Assist in training staff
-
Claims
-
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Property and Casualty License

Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (word and excel)
