Your role in our mission
  • Two or more years of customer service
  • Knowledgeable about healthcare billing, preferably Medi-Cal
  • Experience in providing verbal instructions to customers
  • Experience working with and skilled in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What we're looking for
  • Recruit qualified providers to participate in the Small Provider Billing and Training program
  • Instruct providers on how to successfully bill the Medi-Cal program
  • Review and correct provider’s claim before adjudication
  • Provide telephone support to enrolled providers
  • One-year minimum experience
