Senior Quality Control Representative
Job Details:
  • Employment Status: Full Time
  • Hours of Operation: 40 hours a week, set by Manager including normal operating hours of Monday-Friday, am-pm; Saturdays am-pm

Objective:
To ensure that all agencies are correctly writing new and current policies through audits and phone support.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Quality Control Department and make sure that all tasks are completed daily
  • Provide phone support to ensure Underwriting efficiency of sales/operations
  • Communicate with Sales & Support Staff, Underwriting Auditor, Claims Department & Operations Department
  • Manage and communicate various reports assigned by management
  • Conduct audits for agencies
  • Ensure agencies are properly underwriting through audits
  • Support all Underwriting functions

Requirements:
  • Computer proficient
  • Knowledgeable in Google Docs
  • Must type 45+ WPM
  • Ability to multitask between calls and ongoing projects
  • Ability to acquire Personal Lines license
  • Insurance experience is a plus (not required)

Education & Experience
  • Self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates solid project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigation skills.

  • Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • High School Diploma Required


Language: English required, bilingual preferred

Required:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
