The Federal Employees Health Benefit Program (FEHBP) Associate Director of Account Management is responsible for leading the medical Account Management Team. The FEHBP AMT is tasked with the ongoing and dedicated support of the UHC FEHBP account in partnership with our client, the Office of Personnel Management or OPM. Key responsibilities include oversight of the daily operations of the team, tracking and managing reporting commitments, monitoring performance guarantees, triaging and/or addressing escalated/VIP issues, annual renewal planning and execution, triaging and/or addressing ad hoc OPM questions and requests and consistent status updates with senior leadership. This leadership position serves as the primary point of contact for OPM on behalf of the AMT.
Your goal is to properly plan for team deadlines, keep the AMT running smoothly and provide the highest level of service for our Federal members and OPM contract team.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $70,000 to $140,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $70,000 to $140,000. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
