We will count on you to:
Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts and bring the entire team together to formulate the procedure and go-to-market strategy.
Work to maintain a near complete understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
Utilize high level risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance market place to review clients’ exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for complex clients’ needs, including recommending additional products and services as solutions.
Develop, present, and oversee the execution of renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate.
Presents to prospective clients, identify the need for new products, develop/suggest innovative solutions to client and client team members to gain new clients and projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensures that their complex risk management needs are appropriately met.
Oversee the production of client deliverables and deliver the final placement to the client to ensure the quality of materials delivered to clients.
Engage in independent senior-level client interaction and demonstrate proficiency in problem solving, areas of coverage and client relationships.
Serve as a thought leader within the Company and maintain an in depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
What you need to have:
Minimum ACAS, preferably FCAS; at least 10 years in the industry
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field
Capital modeling and / or predictive modeling skills
Also open to candidates with catastrophe modeling backgrounds who have experience using cat model output in primary insurance product development.
Experience running projects and designing solutions in a primary P&C insurance or reinsurance underwriting environment.
