Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent (Property, Casualty & Life)

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in property, casualty, and life insurance, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This role is perfect for someone who is driven to succeed, values integrity, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and service personal lines insurance policies including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life 

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text

  • Maintain accurate documentation and policy records

  • Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed sales and retention goals

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty License (required)

  • Active Life Insurance License (required)

  • 2–3 years of experience in insurance

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional and confident phone presence

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed

  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Willing and able to work in-office
