We are currently looking for an experienced PROPERTY WARRANTY PROGRAM PROJECT MANAGER to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing a public school district property warranty program in conjunction with pool leadership.
- Communicating with external construction/remediation firms, public school districts, and pool staff regarding the program.
- Coordinating pre-damage services, routine audit and plan modifications, and repair or replacement of district facilities when required.
- Consulting with the Arizona School Facilities Board.
- Marketing to the program to prospective clients.
- Enrolling clients and developing preventive maintenance plans.
- Acting as a project manager to guide the district, vendor, and panel of experts in the repair or replacement of district facilities.
- Negotiating with vendors for favorable rates, general conditions, and warranties.
- Coordinating in payment of repair or replacements of district facilities, if necessary.
- Providing in-person and virtual education to members on the program offering and updates.
- Planning and executing annual education sessions (e.g., annual law conference,
- Completing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required: - Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience

High school diploma/GED and 10 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience - Appropriately licensed and/or certified
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time, or less
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office
Desired: - Experience working with Arizona public school districts.
- Experience working with school facilities and construction and the Arizona School Facilities Board.
- Public speaking experience.
