Due to growth, our client is looking to add a Workers Compensation Claims Service Team Lead. This person will supervise a team of adjusters handling New Jersey Workers' Compensation claims. The candidate will have a combined 15 years of NJ workers’ compensation adjusting and supervisory experience preferably in a TPA setting working on Public Entity accounts. The candidate will have heavy customer service experience and be client facing.
- Thorough working knowledge of New Jersey workers' compensation
- Must have an in-depth knowledge and an exceptional level of expertise in all aspects of assigned WC claims
- Exceptional knowledge of company claims standards and guidelines
- Excellent research, analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good math aptitude
- Basic training skills
- Good PC skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
