Accidents can be traumatic experiences, and it takes a true professional to empathize, listen and assist our customers.  Through our industry-leading, paid training, you'll learn about insurance concepts and contracts, complex claims handling, liability disputes and settlement negotiation.  After training, you will investigate and process a variety of insurance claims ranging from minor fender-benders to major disasters.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Florida adjuster's license required.  

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7 years of claims field liability experience.

  • Bilingual preferred.

  • Candidate must have ability to meet and deal with all segments of the public.

  • Candidate must reside in North Eastern Seminole County or Volusia County areas. 

  • Good customer service skills

  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • 5% Travel

  • Valid driver’s license – compliant with company underwriting standards for a minimum of three years, and maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
