Marketing Operations Assistant
$19.28 - $23.13 minimum starting pay
Job Level: Individual Contributor
Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for completing annual Agency Administrative Reviews, including reconciling the Agents Premium Fund Account, reviewing premium handling practices in agencies, life policy delivery, and other items added to the reviews in the future. Report results and recommend follow-up actions and/or escalate concerns with audits to Sales Management and Internal Auditing. Oversee termination benefits for agents on the original and new contract. This includes determining eligibility, calculating the amount of benefits and answering any questions agents may have.
