Summary:

Huntington is transforming its software delivery model to be more product focused and more AI enabled. The Enterprise Transformation Director leads the build out of a Value Management Office (VMO). The VMO will bring together the agile delivery functions and the IT Project Management Office to provide oversight and governance of technology delivery while leading the effort to streamline and transform the way we deliver through the adoption of Agile principles. Will support the leaders of the organization who are driving AI and product transformation

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business portfolio managers, finance and IT CIO teams to shift from annual project plan focus to monthly value plan focus and further developing the Continuous Planning process to embed business accountability in continuous prioritization and decision making for all approved work.
  • Work together with IT Architecture, Development, Infrastructure and Cyber teams to establish practices and adopt technologies to support continuous flow of delivery and increased delivery frequency.
  • Streamline current delivery tollgates to better align to delivery methodology while ensuring transparency and predictability.
  • Move from project management facilitation (PM models) to delivery ownership accountability (Execution Manager/Scrum Master models).
  • Establish practices that drive an Agile- First culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 plus years technology experience.  
  • 5 plus years experience in an agile environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Early-career experience (3–5 years) at a top-tier consulting firm or within a strategy function at a large financial institution
  • Advanced academic credentials (e.g., PhD) in a highly analytical or technical field from a leading research university

Compensation Range:

$260,000 - $300,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
