The Actuarial Department is responsible for supporting and enhancing sustainable growth of both sales and profits while managing the risks and safeguarding the solvency of Globe life. Actuaries are involved in life and health insurance product design, development and implementation, and the ongoing financial management of the enterprise. This position will be a member of the Globe Life Health Reporting team which is responsible for delivering metrics and analysis to company management and regulatory authorities. Specific duties include the review and analysis of sales and enrollment data, review and analysis of developing experience, the creation and distribution of exhibits and reports that describe and explain trends, and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
