Position Summary The Claims Coordinator supports the adjusters and management administratively. The role consists of opening and closing claims in the system when directed, assisting with payments, data entry, filing, and other supportive duties as directed. What will your job entail? Candidate will be supporting the claims team on an administrative level. Daily tasks will include working in several different software systems, including basic claims processing, data entry for payment processing, processing payments, filing emails, and maintaining invoicing records. Candidate should be comfortable navigating multiple software systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a supportive role and be able determine priorities with multiple daily tasks Need to be self-motivated an emphasis on customer service, both internal and external.
