As a Glass Resolution Specialist, you will interact directly with customers, agents, and business partners to establish new losses. Responsible for resolving glass claims from multiple lines of business with the use of negation skills and problem management. Handle telephone calls using exceptional customer service skills. Establish claims in an electronic system utilizing various sources in the computer system to obtain required information; and, assign appraisal according to established guidelines. Confirm and verify coverage, loss details, dispatch work order to chosen shop Prepare batches for scanning into an electronic system and then index to correct claim. May access incoming electronic faxes, assemble pages into documents, and then index to correct location.
