Oversee Producers by planning and organizing all sales activities of the Commercial Lines team while maintaining best-in-class organic growth and retention.
Major Accountabilities
Proactively manage key renewals - Obtain the listing of top accounts each month (coming up next 6 months) and review this with marketing, the producers & Director to address any foreseen / known issues
Implement and validate Client Success Plans and Stewardship Plans
Participate, mentor and coach in prospecting and renewal appointments with Producers
Maintain agency management system (or CRM) Opportunities Pipeline (per established prospect guidelines) & Understand/Determine/Provide Guidance to assist the producer in moving the relationship forward for success
Conduct (minimum) monthly one-on-one meetings with all Producers to review expectations of new business, renewal percentages, and net book growth
