Description Summary: The Commercial Sales and Service Specialist II's primary responsibility is to support the Commercial team, with a specific focus on supporting the Relationship Managers (RMs) in growing and executing their business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Works with RMs to review and understand their unique clients and portfolios. Assists in maintaining client and prospect information within Huntington’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Assures data integrity within the CRM platform and assists with entering and updating calling and deal activity. Primary point of contact with questions, serve as a MAX Champion.
