Must have least 2 years of customer service and call center experience. Need to type 50 words per minute and be proficient with Microsoft excel and word. Must be flexible. Must be able to process at least 350 title docs per day and make decisions based on acceptable policies and procedures. Need to able to note accounts, fill out DMV forms, processed Fedex and perform website look ups correctly. Must be able to processed at least 100 calls per day.
