Global Assistance Coordinator - Customer Service Hybrid role in our Salem, NH office. On Call International is seeking a Global Assistance Coordinator. This position will be responsible for supporting the Global Response Center in all aspects of opening and managing various types of emergencies, medical, and travels cases. This role will be handling inbound triage calls, after-hour customer service inquiries, and facilitating payments for airline tickets, funeral home expenses and other emergency travel needs.
