Zurich is currently looking for a Claims Shared Services Support II to work out of the Schaumburg, IL office. In this role you will provide administrative and supporting function for claims functional groups to allow the office to function at a high level of efficiency and compliance. You will also, manage exception financial processing, including wire transfers, recovery processing and payments, per defined workflows. In this role you will be responsible for: • Handles key support functions for office, as outlined in operations best practices. • Generates distributes and processes internal control reports or other operational reporting per defined workflows. • Manages database records as appropriate. • Responds to customer inquiries quickly, accurately and in a professional manner.
