Zurich Insurance is looking to hire a Market Facing Underwriter, AVP to join our Group Captives Team as the team lead on a $300,000,000 heterogeneous group captive.  As the team lead you will be the captive consultant and the captive broker primary contact for handling captive issues, including being responsible for coordinating the work assignments of two additional underwriters and being responsible for handling the captive members assigned to you.  Our preferred candidate would have experience in Workers Compensation, General Liability and Automobile underwriting experience handling a diverse book of larger premium size accounts including being viewed as a technical resource to others.
