  OVERVIEW The Director, C&E Consulting, will be responsible for leading employee communication projects for EPIC’s national Communication and Engagement (C&E) practice while also providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and oversight for a team of consultants. The Director will develop and deliver communication strategies and multi-channel campaigns to support clients’ employee engagement objectives, ensure consultant work is aligned with C&E standards and client expectations, and help advance the growth, consistency and effectiveness of the consulting team. This is a consultative and people leadership position that has a direct impact on the success of EPIC’s Employee Benefits practice and its goals to build and retain client relationships.
