As a member of the Customer Service Center Processing Support Team, ensure efficient and timely processing of all work assignments into applicable business systems with adherence to established procedures to assist in the attainment of service level goals throughout the Customer Service Center (CSC). Responsibilities: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail in office Prep and Meter USPS, Certified, and Fed Ex Mail Perform Local Scanning Receive, log, and manage original documents and media Assist in the research and identification process of returned unnumbered mail, assist with internal and external mail distribution.
