BRIEF DESCRIPTION Working within Trion’s consulting division; the Client Leader (CL) provides thought leadership and expertise within the health and welfare spectrum across a broad range of clients.  Supported by account teams responsible for day to day management of the account, the CL advises on strategies which best suit the employee base and overall human resources (HR) plan and philosophies, while balancing the cost/quality equation.  Expertise needed in plan design, funding, wellness, consumerism, employee engagement and disease management.  Role has overall responsibility for the retention, growth and development of a 10M+ block of business, the development and nurturing of key relationships and the delivery of a high quality health and welfare solution.  Role will also support new sales, product development and vendor relationships.
