Overview The Assigned Risk Policy Technician is responsible for processing workers compensation policies and endorsements, and assisting customers as necessary. This role includes receiving and placing customer service telephone calls, in order to resolve emerging issues with our customers and respond to inquiries. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Process new business and renewal quotes, cancellation and endorsement requests, and issue new policies. Index mail into the operating system Process Loss Runs and DNOC's Call current customers to request information, and take inbound calls from customers and agents Qualifications Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of insurance or call center related experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
