The Operations Technician Senior will support the review and acceptance/decline of new or renewal commercial lines business. This team member assists on behalf of underwriting claims, sales producers, and agents, compiles and/or shares policy and coverage for assigned lines of business and customers. They will ensure proper documentation and records management according to regulatory and Sentry standards. This position can be located at any of our Sentry offices of Edwardsville, IL; Davenport, IA; or Stevens Point, WI.
